  • CPA with 25 years of tax experience with a Big 4 firm and global, publicly-traded and privately-held companies.
  • Accomplishments include managing all tax aspects for over 20 large acquisition and divestiture transactions including all tax structuring, planning, diligence, purchase accounting or discontinued operations reporting, and tax integration.
  • Successfully partnered with operations to maximize credit and incentive opportunities resulting in over $30 million of cash savings.
  • Hands-on and leadership experience in almost every area of taxation including tax planning, M&A, domestic and foreign tax compliance and audits, sales and use tax, property tax, ASC 740, tax SEC reporting, credits and incentives, and IPOs.

Tax Director — #2

  • CPA with 20 years of tax experience with both a Big 4 firm and a global publicly-traded company.
  • Standardized tax provision work papers for ease of preparation and review by auditors and implementing process improvement initiatives related to tax reporting and state tax compliance which reduced processing time.
  • Manages and reviews income tax provisions under US GAAP, ASC 740 and IFRS IAS-12.  Reviews quarterly forecast of tax position, prepares annual tax projections, researches various complex tax issues.
