  • CPA and MBA with 25 years of experience, including Big 4 audit and accounting and internal audit with publicly-traded companies.
  • Accomplishments include launching a global enterprise risk management program, instilling a “risk mindset” across the business by establishing a consistent framework aligned to strategic planning that supports risk-informed decision-making.
  • Oversees the company’s internal audit function, global insurance, and enterprise risk management program. Guides the business towards best-in-class processes and utilizes technology to drive efficiencies. Leads and develops diverse regional teams into a world-class assurance function.

  • MBA, CPA, CIA, and CFE with 30 years of audit experience with global publicly-traded companies.
  • Expertise includes internal controls, SOX, risk assessment, and controls testing and effectiveness.

  • Experience building and developing a skilled internal controls department from the ground up to 15 team members.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance Director — #4

  • 20+ years of increasingly responsible experience in developing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks operating on a global enterprise scale.
  • Presents to boards of directors, audit committees, product teams, and C-level audiences of external entities.
  • Advanced knowledge, skill, and understanding in applying risk management practices related to enterprise and operational risk management (e.g., risk appetite, risk assessment, scoring, mitigation, and acceptance).
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory obligations facing financial institutions on the topics of governance, compliance, security, control, and oversight.

  • CPA, CIA, CFE, and CRMA with 15 years of internal audit experience with both privately-held and publicly-traded companies.
