• Education and Credentials:  MAcc and CPA with 4 years SALT experience with both a Big 4 and regional public accounting firm.
• Summary of Experience:  Assists clients with nexus review and analysis for multi-state businesses on income tax and sales and use tax matters.  Performs research relating to taxability of services for multi-state businesses.  Assists with various tax consulting projects including research projects related to tax planning, restructuring, due diligence, and controversy issues such as state notices resolution and voluntary disclosure agreements.
