Tiffany grew up in Greenville, SC and graduated with honors from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She began her career as an audit professional with Deloitte, progressing to the senior manager level prior to moving to the executive search industry.
She has almost 25 years of professional services experience, including 15 years in executive search, and a proven track record of providing exceptional service to AquantUs’s clients.
Tiffany is an avid traveler and has visited over 40 countries on 6 continents. She serves on a Board of Directors Committee of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation, is a former Board Member of Ahimsa House, and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Atlanta.
Managing Partner & Chief Financial Officer
Todd M. Hoffine is a CPA with over 20 years of Big 4 audit and industry accounting and auditing experience. Currently, he is a Partner with AquantUs, LLC., an Atlanta-based executive recruiting firm specializing in direct hire, contract and retained search in the areas of accounting, audit, data analytics, finance, and tax.
Prior to joining AquantUs, Hoffine was the Director of Global Operations in The Coca-Cola Company’s Corporate Audit department and was responsible for the department’s overall strategy, methodology, and technology. While at Coke he developed and implemented the audit department’s strategy and approach for its data analytics activities. He also established regional audit departments in India, China, and the Philippines, and led a number of transformation, cost saving, and best practice initiatives. Prior to joining Coke, Hoffine was an audit Senior Manager with Deloitte, serving public and private manufacturing and retail clients. In addition to serving audit clients, he also participated in domestic and international M&A transactions on both the buy and sell-side, IPOs, and was a designated derivatives specialist for the Atlanta office.
Todd graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. He also attended the University of South Carolina and served as a Board Member (Treasurer) for Habitat for Humanity for six years.
Todd is an avid golfer, photographer and traveler, and has managed to do each of these on six continents. He has traveled to 48 of the 50 States, 58 countries, and lived and worked in Russia for six months.

I have 7 years of executive administrative and operations experience plus over 9 years of experience in customer service. I find great joy in working and interacting with people on a daily basis. I enjoy being a self-motivator and team-motivator.
My drive comes from this and it has taught me how to build better more effective relationships with people, knowledge on how to help companies and clients work more effectively and efficiently, how to succeed in a fast-paced environment, and how to develop advanced organizational and technical skills.
Business Development Manager
Joe grew up in Mahwah, New Jersey and graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management.
Prior to joining AquantUs, Joe spent three years in private wealth management at Merrill Lynch. He began his career selling wine in New York City, Naples, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia.
Joe lives in Midtown Atlanta and spends his time coaching youth lacrosse, traveling and enjoying the company of friends and family.
Business Development Manager
Stephen grew up in Marietta, and spent the majority of his life in Atlanta. He attended the University of Alabama, and upon graduating returned to Atlanta to begin his career. Stephen has eight years of business development experience, and takes pride in cultivating relationships with clients and providing solutions.
Outside of work he enjoys getting outside, exploring local restaurants, and supporting his Atlanta sports teams as well as the Crimson Tide.
Chesley grew up in Augusta, GA and graduated from Wofford College with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Clemson University with her Master of Professional Accountancy.
She began her career with EY as an Audit Associate before transitioning into recruiting. Outside of work she enjoys going to fun restaurants and playing with her Irish Setter, Duck.
Senior Executive Recruiter
Christian is originally from Lima, Peru, but spent the majority of his childhood in Cleveland, Tennessee after moving there in 2000. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from UTC and promptly began his finance career in consumer lending in Chattanooga, TN. He decided after two years to make a career shift into recruiting and move to Atlanta. He has now been at AquantUs for three-years!
He loves to spend time with his family, friends, and his one-year-old son, Logan!
Kohler has lived in Atlanta most of his life and is currently juggling working full time as a recruiter and pursuing his degree after hours. When he has down time he enjoys playing/watching sports, going out with friends, spending time with family, finding new music, and trying new foods.
Senior Marketing & Social Media Analyst
A recent transplant to Atlanta – after a brief stint in Madrid, Spain – Amelia grew up in Dallas, Texas and attended University of North Texas. There, she majored in broadcast journalism, international studies, and business and had the opportunity to dabble in many different fields before ultimately deciding that she wanted to pursue a career in marketing. As her interests have evolved throughout the years, she continues to find comfort in writing and she welcomes the challenges of design, photography, and website development.
AquantUs’s first full-time marketer: Amelia works directly with the company’s leadership team to elevate existing campaigns while also implementing new ones. She serves as the in-house creative, writer, analyst, and ideas-person.
Amelia has thrust herself into the Atlanta community. She teaches Barre at a locally-owned studio and participates in ‘just for fun’ sports teams. On the contrary, she also enjoys backpacking and is no stranger to booking a last-minute flight to an under-the-radar country.
Recruiting & Sales Assistant
Gloria is from the Dominican Republic and is based out of our Pompano Beach, Florida office. She started her career in the staffing industry in 2017 and has over seven-years of customer service experience. Gloria is a proactive and passionate employee and she is always looking for ways to improve a candidate’s overall experience.
Senior Research Analyst
The sweetest peach in Georgia! Isabell is currently attending Georgia State University. She is pursuing a double major in marketing and managerial science. Once she graduates in December 2019, she’s excited to take on the world of marketing and event planning! Her creative efforts decorate the whole office and facilitate inspiration to the whole team. An adventurer at heart, she enjoys indulging her time in traveling when she can and attending concerts with friends.
Lia grew up in the Dominican Republic while also spending some time in Japan. Due to her unique worldly upbringing, she has learned to see the world through a different perspective, which has gifted her with the ability to open her eyes to new views and experiences.
Lia graduated as a computer technologist and has over 15 years of experience in the customer services industry, where she has worked as a QA, Workforce, and recruiter specialist.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to movies, and visiting restaurants and new places.
