Step One: In-person meeting and company/industry research
AquantUs' exceptional service starts with an in-person visit* to your
offices to learn more about not only your open positions, but your
company's culture and personality as well. Our focus is on building
cohesive teams and matching up a candidate's skill set, experience,
goals, values, and priorities with those of your company. We will also
perform extensive research on your company and industry to supplement
our current knowledge and to ensure that we understand not only the
details of your needs, but how those needs fit into your overall
strategy as well.
*When physical visits/interviews are not practical due to non-local or
international needs, video-conferencing is available.
Step Two: Identifying, evaluating, and screening candidates
Once we understand the requirements of the position and the type of
individual who will be a fit for both the open role and your company
culture, we reach out to our extensive networks to identify the best
candidates. We meet with all of our candidates in-person* and perform
an in-depth screening on both technical and soft skills. We document
the results of the screening and provide you with this summary for
all candidates submitted for consideration.
*When physical visits/interviews are not practical due to non-local
or international needs, video-conferencing is available.
Step Three: Presenting the best candidates for your consideration
Once AquantUs has thoroughly screened the candidates, we bring only
the very best to you for your consideration. Each candidate's resume
is submitted with a summary assessment of his or her fit for the
position, a summary of the results of our in-person screening, his/her
salary expectations, and any additional information that you request
or that we feel may be of interest to you.
Step Four: Interviews
We can assist with scheduling interviews, if desired. We follow-up
with both you and the candidate after each round of interviews to
ensure that no surprises arise. We pre-close the candidate on the
position and expected salary through every stage of the process.
Should any new information or concerns arise during these follow ups,
we will bring them to your attention immediately.
Step Five: Offer Negotiation
Should you choose to move forward with an offer to a candidate, we will
use the information obtained during all of our pre-close conversations
to ensure the negotiations go smoothly and that there are no surprises
at the offer stage.
Step Six: Reference and Background Checks
We perform formal reference checks, a background investigation
(at the level you request), a credit check (upon request), and
any other investigation that you require. We stay in constant
contact with you and the candidate from the time the offer is
accepted through the first day of employment and beyond.
Step Seven: Follow up
We follow-up with you regularly once the offer has been accepted and
continue after the candidate's start date to ensure that the candidate
is performing to your expectations.
